Stress Management for Health & Wellbeing
WORKSHOP
Understanding stress is the first step towards managing it.
Stress affects far more than how we feel emotionally. When the body remains under pressure, the stress response can disrupt every system of the body. Many people live with poor health without recognising that stress may be contributing to it.
Stress is inevitable – learning how to manage it is key to our wellbeing.
Workshop participants learn how the nervous system responds to pressure, how to recognise their own signs of stress and how to interrupt the stress response using evidence-informed regulation techniques. The workshop also explores realistic ways to reduce accumulated stress and build healthier habits in everyday life.
“This workshop grew from a clear and urgent need. Business owners are seeing their employees struggle under the pressures of work and life, yet many people have never learned how to manage stress effectively. My aim is to provide practical knowledge and techniques that support a calmer, healthier life with greater energy and motivation.”
